The Cocoon Suites which are part of the Hotel Andronikos on Mykonos, combines a simple concept of modern and Greek traditional interior design. Inspired by nature and rooted in simplicity and openness, the design follow a simple concepts with fluid and clear lines, but guests feel an element of confusion because the wall dimensions and furniture are both unaligned. Each room has crooked lines of pebbles through the floor and walls, and bamboo that lines the ceiling, closet and walls. This creates a calming environment amidst the sandy beaches and rocky desert terrain of Mykonos. After re-designing the rooms, KLab imparted a, luxurious sense into the space.
