Robotic pets are becoming more and more common and more present in households. These artificially intelligent machines made to resemble common pets such as cats and dogs now mimic pets more naturally and are less work to take care of than actual pets. Hasbro launched last year a range of product for seniors in the form of a charming robotic cats and dog. The Hasbro designed robotic cats and golden retriever puppies for elderly people. These interactive companions are easy care because the pets don’t require house training, feeding or walking and only provide companionship in return, which is of value to many seniors who lack emotional support.
