A number of amusement parks are equipped with the latest virtual Reality Roller Coasters. Instead of simply travelling through the sky, now you can step into the world of the most famous superheroes and aliens.

The Ride Virtual Reality Coaster’ is a high-tech attraction that uses VR technology to bring the fictional worlds in real time. The equipment features riders in their very own aircraft fighting an alien invasion that is happening on Earth.

UK based theme park Alton Towers,  will combine the thrill of a roller coaster with the visual excitement generated by virtual reality in a world-first new ride called Galactica, which will launch in the next few months. Riders will climb aboard and become Galactinauts, blasted into space through a 10ft portal at the start of the two-minute ride, then out into amazing galaxies and beyond.
