Creating a cool lip make-up is similar like choosing the right outfit: it can be neutral or trendy, classy or eclectic, practical daytime or it can be a mind-blowing masterpiece.

Step One

 Before you start working, make sure you apply some lip balm so as to have soft lips. Soft and plain lips are first essentials of the entire lip makeup.

Step Two

Next, draw a line on the left side of your upper lip, following your lip line and continue next with eyeliner. Create any design or a pattern. Continue onto your bottom lip, sweeping the lines from corner to corner.
